Welcome to tokar.law LLC, a new law firm designed to provide concierge legal services to businesses and individuals.

Since graduating with high honors from the University of Minnesota Law School in 2009, I've provided my clients practical advice and sophisticated legal services. For over a decade now, I have served as outside general counsel for numerous businesses and have been a trusted counselor to publicly-traded companies, public institutions, private businesses of all sizes, and individuals.

It's my mission to provide my clients with first-class legal services. While I've developed wide-ranging competencies in the course of my practice, mergers and acquisitions, general business law, real estate transactions, banking law, and estate planning/probate have been particular areas of focus.
